Introducing eSign Integration: Simplify Document Signing with Zoho and SignEasy

We have launched eSign Integration with Zoho and SignEasy. This feature allows you to send documents for signature directly from your job post tracker card, helping you stay organized and save time.

If you manage candidates in a pipeline, this feature helps you handle the final steps with ease. For example, when you’ve shortlisted candidates and are ready to send an offer, you can send the document for eSign directly from their tracker card. Everything stays organized, and you don’t need to switch between tools.

  • Connect your Zoho Sign or Signeasy account.
  • Send documents for signature directly from a candidate’s tracker card, streamlining the hiring process.

  • Monitor the status of sent documents at a glance—whether they’re pending, signed, or declined.
  • Resend or cancel documents easily when needed.

  • Your existing signed document history remains accessible when you reconnect your Zoho Sign or Signeasy account after disconnecting.
  • Rest assured, if your account is disconnected, no document data will be retained within Tacitbase for security.

How to Set Up eSign Integration

  1. Navigate to Settings: Go to the eSign menu within settings.
  2. Connect Your Account: Choose Zoho Sign or Signeasy, log in, and grant the necessary permissions.
  3. Start Sending Documents: Once connected, you can manage document signing directly from Tacitbase.
